2).Costume cosplan confirmed and first sample are being made, we will post preview picture/video in this link.
3).We will send message or email(if you given to us)to you with final price when pre-sale costume is released.
4).Deposit can be refunded before costume is released as pre-sale;Once deposit code is sent and costume released, deposit can not be refunded.
5).We will upload a tracking number and this order cannot be cancelled. If you extend the processing time, you can ask for the deposit refund if you don't like the costume.
6).Please use code within 30 days after costume released. You can change size when costume released.
7).One costume only can use one deposit , sorry for the inconvenience.
8). Please no dispute/bad feedback on deposit order after coupon being sent to you.
